Lychee, litchi, leechee, lichi; how do you say it? I am seeing them everywhere and it’s only the beginning of the season. The early varieties are very good but I can’t wait to start eating and photographing the ‘Brewster’ lychees. 'Brewster' have the brightest red shell and the sweetest flesh of them all (in my opinion). Here is my offering for this month as I continue try more stylized pictures of the 2004 tropical fruit crops.
